The YARD GYM program runs RIG and TURF side by side, at the same time.Both sessions are controlled and run by the same timer. This creates unity, consistency and an effortless atmosphere.
The sessions compliment each other, and the programs are built to work together to get the
most out of your strength and endurance training.
The choice is completely up to you.
You can decide to train RIG (Strength) or TURF (Conditioning) depending on your goals and how you feel each day.
Our sessions focus on strength, power, strength endurance, conditioning and cardio. Our goal is to create an inclusive group based strength and conditioning program that will allow any individual (all ages, genders and fitness levels) to continuously progress physically and mentally.
