WHAT IS THE COST IF YOU’RE ALREADY A MEMBER?

We want to thank our members, and offer this Training Block to them for FREE!
If you’re already a YARD MEMBER, the entire Training Block is FREE, there is just the cost of the InBody scans @ $35 per scan - $70 total. There are no hidden costs, other than the scan. The nutritional advice, structure, accountability and overall Training Block is FREE for you!

NOT A MEMBER & WANT TO JOIN THIS 6-WEEK TRAINING BLOCK?

Well, you won’t be finding any huge sign-up fee from us!!

It’s simple, cost-effective and easy. All you have to do is sign up to be a member! Our memberships run on a 3 month lock-in contract. Your membership auto-renews after the 3 months have been completed. *No fee’s apply!

This Training Block runs for 6 WEEKS, however, the scan, optional fitness testing + info night is part of the two weeks prior to it beginning, so you’re practically committed and getting ready for the challenge which in the end makes up the 3 months membership block.

No strings attached, you just need to be a member for the 3 months minimum which will allow you to participate in the 6 Week Training Block.

BEING A MEMBER you have unlimited access to over 40 strength & conditioning group sessions per week, including our bonus Yoga session & 9:30 am creche Monday-Friday. Plus all high-class amenities, such as towels, tea & coffee, water, showers and our stretching area with rollers, bands and theraguns.
